Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management solution, which will grant you full command over your email mailboxes and newsletters. With this user-friendly GUI, you can set up a brand new mail account in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Furthermore, you can forward electronic mail messages from one mail account to another, finetune mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and protect your email box accounts against junk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your email mailboxes against junk e-mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unrequested email messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your email messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming mail messages according to certain criteria set by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can easily set up an e-mail filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and define the email filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming messages from one email mailbox account to another, or even to several other electronic mail accounts. Just specify the email mailbox account you want to redirect messages from, then select the target e-mailbox and select if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily configure the email client of your preference to access your email mailbox accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you want to set up on your desktop PC or cell phone and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email mailbox will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple mail accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to quickly create an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will do everything else. And if you want to set up a catch-all email box - you can accomplish that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
